The short version

Trust Rebuilt is a private space. Your daily ratings and journal entries belong to you. They are stored securely, they are private to you by default, and nothing becomes visible to anyone else unless you choose to share it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run ads against it.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, used to sign you in and to send essential messages about your account.
• What you enter. Your daily Safety, Trust, and Connection ratings, your baseline answers, and any journal entries you write.
• Basic usage data. Limited technical information such as device type and app activity, used to keep the service working and improve it.

How we use it

We use your information to run the service: to show you your own trend over time, to keep your account secure, and to provide support when you ask for it. We use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how the product is used and to make it better.

Who can see your entries

You choose a visibility for each entry, and you can change it at any time.

• Private. Visible only to you. Never shared, never indexed by search engines.
• Community. Visible to other members inside the app under your pen name. Not on the open web.
• Public. Visible to anyone, under a pen name or your own name, as you choose. Curated public pieces may appear in our public library with your consent.

If you link accounts with a partner, you each control what you share with the other. We never reveal one partner's private entries to the other.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and backed up so you do not lose your history. Access is restricted to the systems and people needed to operate the service.

Your controls

• Export. Your data is yours. You can request a copy at any time.
• Delete. You can delete individual entries or your whole account. Deleting your account removes your personal data from active systems.
• Correct. You can update your account details whenever you need to.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising trackers.

Children

Trust Rebuilt is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app or by email.
