Trust Rebuilt is a self-reflection tool: a private tracker for rating Safety, Trust, and Connection over time, and a journal where you can write for yourself or share with a community. You use it to see your own patterns and make your own decisions.
Not medical or clinical advice. Trust Rebuilt is informed by the science of trust and recovery, but it is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need help, please contact a doctor, therapist, or local crisis line.
You need to be 18 or older to use Trust Rebuilt. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know if you suspect someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You own what you write and record. By choosing to share an entry to the community or to the public, you grant us permission to display it within the service for that purpose, under the pen name or name you select. You can change an entry's visibility or delete it at any time, and you can export your data whenever you want.
We may feature selected public entries in a curated library to help others feel less alone. We will only do this with content you have chosen to make public, and we will respect the name or pen name you publish under. You can ask to have your work removed.
The community works because people are honest and kind. When you share with others, do not:

We work to keep Trust Rebuilt reliable and available, but we provide it as is and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may update, change, or pause features as the product grows.
To the extent the law allows, Trust Rebuilt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
